Long Range Connectivity
Reliable long-range LoRaWAN communication for wide-area IoT applications.
The 4–20 mA to LoRaWAN Remote Monitoring Solution enables industrial sensors and transmitters with standard 4–20 mA outputs to communicate wirelessly over a long-range LoRaWAN network. It provides an efficient way to collect field measurements from remote equipment, tanks, pipelines, pumps and industrial processes without requiring extensive signal cabling.
The 4–20 mA sensor is connected to the 4–20 mA LoRaWAN Converter, which reads the analog signal and transmits the corresponding measurement through a LoRaWAN Gateway. The data is then forwarded to the LoRaWAN Network Server and IoT platform, where it can be visualized through a centralized dashboard.
This solution is particularly useful for tank level monitoring, pressure monitoring, pump monitoring, water and wastewater systems, industrial process monitoring, oil & gas applications and remote infrastructure monitoring.

Built to withstand harsh industrial environments and dust from any direction.
Low power consumption with high-capacity battery for uninterrupted operation in remote locations.
Simple and quick installation with user-friendly design and mounting flexibility.
Pre-configured for fast deployment. Just power on and start using with default settings.
Expert guidance and dedicated support for your specific implementation needs.
The UCT 4–20 mA LoRaWAN Converter connects your existing analog sensors to a long-range LoRaWAN network. Simply connect a standard 4–20 mA sensor to the converter and transmit its measurement wirelessly to a LoRaWAN Gateway, Network Server, and Cloud/ SCADA platform.
Keep your existing sensors. Eliminate unnecessary cabling. Make your analog data wireless.
Wired 4–20 mA Systems are reliable, but extending cables across remote or existing facilities requires additional wiring, conduit, installation work, and maintenance.
Battery-Powered Wireless Sensors remove the cables but introduce another challenge— battery replacement, maintenance, and downtime, particularly when sensors are installed in remote or hazardous locations.
Our 4–20 mA LoRaWAN device uses long-range, low-power LoRaWAN® technology to transmit your critical data wirelessly and reliably.
Reliable data transmission up to 2 km in urban areas and up to 15 km in rural areas.
Ultra-low power technology for extended battery life up to 4 years.
Encrypted data transmission with LoRaWAN® security standards.
Works seamlessly with standard LoRaWAN® gateways and network servers.
Connect a wide range of industrial sensors with standard 4–20 mA outputs, including: Pressure • Flow • Level • Temperature • Gas • Process Sensors. Turn proven analog instrumentation into connected IoT devices without replacing your existing sensors.
Transmit sensor data over LoRaWAN long-range wireless connectivity, making it ideal for large facilities, remote assets, utility sites, oil & gas installations, water infrastructure, and industrial plants. Reduce the need for long signal cables while maintaining reliable remote data collection.
Modernize your existing instrumentation without rebuilding your field infrastructure. The converter provides a practical way to connect legacy 4–20 mA sensors to modern IoT networks, helping reduce installation complexity, wiring requirements, and deployment costs.
Send your sensor measurements from the field to your LoRaWAN network and cloud/SCADA platform. Monitor: Pressure, Flow, Tank / Liquid Level, Temperature, Process Variables, Equipment Status. Use the collected data for remote monitoring, alerts, trend analysis, predictive maintenance, and operational optimization.
Engineered with LoRaWAN® technology for wide range sensing with minimal energy consumption. Built to deliver reliable performance and extended battery life of up to 10 years, even in the most challenging environments.
Expertly crafted LoRaWAN solutions to efficiently operate, manage, and monitor your IoT networks.
