Description

The 8AI/4DI RS485 Remote I/O Module is an industrial I/O device designed for reliable analog and digital signal acquisition in distributed automation systems. It supports Modbus RTU protocol over RS485 communication, allowing easy integration with most PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.

Functional Description

Analog Input Channels can measure voltage (0-10V) or current (4-20mA) signals from sensors, transducers, and other analog devices.

Digital Input Channels can detect switch states, limit sensors, proximity sensors, or dry contact devices.

RS485 Communication enables reliable data transmission over long distances using Modbus RTU protocol.

Watchdog Function automatically resets outputs to safe states if communication is lost.
