Description

The 4 Digital Input 4 Digital Output Wireless Trans-Receiver is a bidirectional wireless I/O module designed for remote monitoring and control applications. It provides 4 digital opto-isolated robust inputs and 4 digital robust outputs, enabling both data acquisition and device control over wireless communication.

The module features optical isolation and fault protection to ensure stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It provides wireless communication coverage of up to 2 km, enabling remote monitoring and control without the need for physical cable connections. The module supports legacy Modbus packet structure, making it ideal for retrofitting existing systems without major modifications.

This wireless trans-receiver is ideal for applications requiring bidirectional communication, such as remote control of actuators, relays, and other output devices, while simultaneously monitoring input signals from switches, sensors, and contact devices.

Functional Description

Digital Input Channels can detect switch states, limit sensors, proximity sensors, or dry contact devices with optical isolation for noise immunity.

Digital Output Channels can control relays, solenoids, actuators, or other output devices based on wireless commands received from the control system.

Bidirectional Wireless Communication enables simultaneous transmission of input data and reception of output control commands over a range of up to 2 km.

Modbus Packet Structure support allows seamless integration with existing Modbus-based systems, enabling retrofitting without major system modifications.

Configuration and Monitoring can be performed wirelessly, allowing remote setup and real-time status monitoring of all input and output channels.
