Description

The 8 Digital Input Wireless Transmitter is a wireless I/O module designed for remote monitoring of digital signals in industrial and commercial applications. It provides 8 digital opto-isolated robust inputs for reliable signal acquisition from switches, sensors, limit sensors, proximity sensors, and dry contact devices.

The module features optical isolation and fault protection to ensure stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It provides wireless communication coverage of up to 2 km, enabling remote monitoring without the need for physical cable connections. The low power consumption design makes it ideal for battery-powered or energy-efficient applications.

This wireless transmitter is ideal for applications where running cables is difficult, expensive, or impractical, such as remote locations, existing buildings with limited access, or temporary installations requiring quick deployment.

Functional Description

Digital Input Channels can detect switch states, limit sensors, proximity sensors, or dry contact devices with optical isolation for noise immunity.

Wireless Transmission sends digital input data wirelessly to a receiver or gateway over a range of up to 2 km without physical cable connections.

Optical Isolation provides electrical isolation between input circuits and the wireless communication interface, protecting against voltage spikes and ground loops.

Status Indication provides visual feedback through LED indicators for power and communication status monitoring.

Configuration and Monitoring can be performed wirelessly, allowing remote setup and real-time status monitoring of all 8 input channels.
